Lead Product Designer at AT&T, on the tools that run on-premise and cloud network infrastructure. The current work is the Agentic framework, a modular system of AI agents that manages the infrastructure lifecycle from provisioning through decommissioning, and the enterprise pilot that brought AI tools into the design organization. The design question he keeps coming back to: what a person is asked to accept at the moment the machine has just acted, and what the second question is after the first wrong answer.
